Cookie Policy

Effective 9 June 2026

What this policy covers

This page lists every third-party script TraffikPay loads on traffikpay.com, what each one does, whether it stores cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and whether your consent is required under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Strictly-necessary and functional resources do not require consent. Analytics and behavioural-tracking scripts do.

Scripts we load

Adobe Typekit (Fonts)

Adobe · Functional

Purpose
Loads the custom display fonts the site is set in (Microgramma).
Cookies & identifiers
May set a small functional cookie to remember loaded font state. No tracking, no analytics, no profiling.
Consent
Not required.

Plausible Analytics

Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) · Analytics (cookieless)

Purpose
Privacy-friendly page-view and referrer analytics. Tells us which pages get visited and where visitors come from in aggregate.
Cookies & identifiers
None. Plausible is explicitly designed to operate without cookies, local storage, or browser fingerprinting. No personal data is sent to Plausible.
Consent
Not required. Plausible is exempt from PECR consent rules because it sets no identifiers in the browser. Confirmed by the UK ICO and Plausible's own data-protection documentation.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Corporation · Analytics with session recording

Purpose
Heatmaps and session-replay used to diagnose UX issues on the public site (which buttons get clicked, where users get stuck on the quote form). Helps us improve usability.
Cookies & identifiers
Sets first-party cookies (_clck, _clsk) and stores a unique anonymous identifier in localStorage. Session replay captures DOM mutations, mouse movement, scroll, and clicks during a session. Sensitive input fields (passwords, payment details) are masked by default.
Consent
Required for visitors from the UK, EEA, and other jurisdictions where consent for non-essential cookies is mandatory. Clarity does not run until you have indicated consent on this site. If you do not consent, you can continue to use the site normally — only the diagnostic recording is suppressed.

Managing your preferences

You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time by clearing the relevant cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also allow you to block third-party cookies entirely or to clear cookies on exit; consult your browser's help documentation for the specific steps.

Refusing or withdrawing consent will not prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry through our quote form. Only the diagnostic data we collect for usability improvements is affected.

Related policies

How we handle personal data more broadly (including data submitted via the quote form, retention periods, and data subject rights) is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our service terms are at Terms & Conditions.
